Well, the title says it all. Who's going to see it? Which parts are you most looking forward to seeing? for me, it's going to be opening day, and I'm definitely looking forward to the duel between Dumbledore and Voldemort, and the kissing scene between Harry and Cho. *smile*
i havon't even read the book, but as i've seen all the other potter moovies, i think i should see this one
You haven't read the books dan? Omg! The books are waaaaaaay better than the films! Your missing out!
I will be going to see the film as soon as it's released here in the UK, as usual.
andy, yes. i have read the books, i just havon't been able to get hold of 5
Aw'w'w come on guys, keep up! The books're wicked, and the films're pretty good as well, though the stupid directors give them a time limit of two-and-a-half hours, no way can you fit the whole of OOTP in to that time period. I saw the trailer last night on ITV1. It's looking pretty fantastic, so I'll book my tickets to see it as soon as they're released. Yayayayayayayayay!
Jen.
I can't wiat to see it! I don't know if I'll go on opening day but soon after! I am too looking forward to the kissing scene!
I got advanced tickets two weeks early. The books are better than the movies, but I love the films just the same.
I'm going to see OotP, of course, but the books are way better than the films.
Yeah, the books are definatly better then the films, but I've loved all the movies. I'm going to try and see it on opening day, which I've never done before. I can't wait for the battle, and seeing Harry teaching the DA! The trailer looks so incredable!
ooo! I've seen a load of scenes and clips from the film! Including the scene in the hall of profecy, the DA meeting, harry's trial at the Ministry of Magic, and much, much, much more! It looks awesome!
Has anyone seen the kissing scene from the movie? I'd look for it on the internet, but I'm not sure where I'd be able to find it.
Yep. Opening day for me.
Not the entire kissing scene no, But they show the kiss in the prerelease trailer
still don't know if i am going to see it, as i said, seen all the others so far, but never read the 5th book so wouldn't really get the story
hmm. Watched a very interesting hour long documentary about the making of the 5TH harry potter film. I'll look to see if I can find a link somewhere online to view it again and i'll post it here if I do. It was facinating.
wish I could have seen that, I've seen little clips from the movie itself, so that was cool. Bellatrix Lestrange is one hell of a messed up lady. lol
thanks andy. good idea
Well, I've not really been a fan of the films so far, except for POA, which was quite brilliant, but I'll see this one. Partly because I'm curious as to how they'll shape the thing, the book not really being ideally set out for a film, but mostly because I've been really, really impressed with the film versions of Sirius, Remus, and Snape, and this book had rather a lot of all three. On the other hand, if it's done too well, you know the part I mean, there's a chance I'll cry. Publically. In a Harry Potter film. Oh the shame!!
Omg, the fifth movie ... squeeeeeeee! I am definitely going to see it as soon as it's out. I've not been overly impressed with any of the movies so far, but this one looks awesome. Oddly enough, it's one of my least favorite of the books, though. I agree with Erin, I'm curious to see how they do the movie, considering that the book's not really the ideal setup. And I cried when I read the book, so will almost certainly cry when I see the movie, which will confirm my nerdishness beyond the shadow of a doubt, as if it needed confirming. But, he's my favorite character of all favorite characters, so yeah ...
I've cried at the fourth one, and I'm definitely going to have to bring the tissues to this one tomorrow for me and Alyssa. lol
didn't need the tissues, not too much time to mourn Sirius's death, loved it
I meant the whole movie in general, not Sirius dying. sorry lol
I just saw it a few hours ago, and I was most looking forward to the kissing scene, and harry teaching the DA. I was also anxious to see how they'd do serius's death, and I'm glad they didn't drag it out. over all, I'd say this was the best movie yet! I saw daniel radcliffe on some tv show the other night, and he said it was his favorite to film. I thought he wasn't gonna be in this one, though?
I hear he's going to be in all seven movies. glad to know that
I haven't seen it yet! its killing me! I'm going to beg my cousin to take me since she and her husband r both huge fans like me. can't wait!
They didn't give u enough time to mourn Sireus, and Bella needed to go to a loony bin somewhere. Lol Luna was my favorite character. She was so fucking cute, in a strange way, and she was sooooooo weird. I just saw it again a few days ago. McGonigall was hillarious in it.
Yes, Luna and her pudding. lol Personally, i'm glad they didn't give us enough time to mourn Sirius's death.
Me too! Luna is way to cute!! No Quidditch though
I think the directors felt that including Quidditch would take away from the plot of the story because the whole thing is about fighting the new regime at Hogwarts. They'll probably have quidditch in the next one, i hope.
Yea the next should be interesting. but I can't wait to se the last one!
OMG! That's going to be so sad for me because the series will have ended, and there isn't anymore left to do with these books. At least we have another three years to wait until it's over.
Yeah and the kids will be like 21 or 22! oh well.
I'm going to miss them when this is all over with. I mean, they've spent most of their lives doing this, and now that it's almost over, I can't help but wonder what's in store for them.
I've watched quite a while back. I felt like the Whole movie was very rushed, and it really looked like Harry Potter on fast forward full blast or something.
